With the above facts in mind, this invaluable module will give you a foundational awareness on how you can help alleviate back ailments especially to those you are teaching privately. You will learn how to observe and read an overview of someone’s postural alignment and be able to intuitively create a class plan specific to their spinal health. You will get to enjoy practicum in partners where you assess one another’s postures to see where weight is distributed, spinal alignment and whether you can see any ailments of the spine.
