During the deep stretch session, you will have the opportunity to release tension and tightness in your muscles, allowing for greater flexibility and a sense of ease in your body. The sound healing portion of the event will help to calm your mind and promote a state of deep relaxation.

Mats and stretch prop are provided. Wear comfy clothing and you are more than welcome to bring blankets/extra layers to get extra cosy.
