Real Talk: The First Years of Nursing is designed to help nurses in their first year or two of practice feel more at ease with the sometimes stressful and isolating transition from student to practicing nurse.
This event provides a welcoming environment for open conversations about nursing experiences. Brandon Carwile, RN, and visitors can have an honest, judgment-free chat about what it’s really like to step into that first nursing role. New nurses should feel free to ask questions they’ve been holding back, share concerns and discuss what the transition to practice truly feels like.
