Event Description

Join us for a powerful Real Men Real Talk experience as the African American Male Wellness Agency (AAMWA) and Brother Let's Talk (BLT) come together for an evening of transparency, healing, and brotherhood.

MASKulinity: Removing Your Mask, Redefining Yourself — invites men to step into a space where authenticity is honored and emotional honesty is encouraged. Together, we’ll explore the pressures that shape how men show up in the world and unpack how societal expectations often force us to hide behind masks of strength, silence, or survival.

This conversation will guide men through:

  • Recognizing the “mask” they’ve been wearing
  • Understanding how unspoken expectations impact mental health
  • Redefining masculinity in ways that empower, uplift, and liberate
  • Building community with other men committed to growth and wellness

What to Expect
  • Real talk with licensed professionals, community leaders, and brothers with lived experience
  • A judgment-free zone to reflect, connect, and breathe
  • Wellness resources to support your journey beyond the session
  • Light refreshments provided

Who Should Attend?

Black men, fathers, sons, mentors, barbers, business leaders, college students, faith leaders — every brother ready to heal, grow, and redefine what it means to be “man enough.”
