REAL Men’s Breakfast is a safe, welcoming space for men of all ages to come together, share a meal, and share real life. Whether you’re carrying stress from work, family, relationships, or just feeling disconnected, this morning is about finding your footing again—side by side with other men who get it.
Our theme, “From Loner to Leader,” isn’t about titles or being perfect. It’s about stepping out of isolation and into community. It’s about discovering the strength that comes from being seen, heard, and supported. Around the table, stories are shared, walls come down, and encouragement flows. This is where healing begins and leadership grows—one honest conversation at a time.

Abe Brown is the Coach’s Coach, and is an Entrepreneur, Professional Speaker, International Best-Selling Author, and High-Performance Leadership Coach. He is the founder of Certified Flourishing Coaching™ and Flourishing Workplace.
Abe is the Coach’s Coach, and is people-first. He is most passionate about supporting people, relationships, entrepreneurs, businesses, and non-profits to thrive. Abe is also an expert strategist on workplace mental fitness and real leadership development. Abe has started or led several businesses and non-profits into the tens of millions of dollars, and has worked in the entrepreneur space, the corporate space, and the non-profit space at senior executive levels.
Abe earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business, and a Master’s in Education and Counselling. Abe is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF.
