⛔ Late arrivals will not be permitted to test.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early (by 9:45 AM).
No walk-ins will be accepted.
Registration is required in advance.
Proper Business Attire Required
No jeans, shorts, tank-tops, cut-offs, flip-flops, sweat pants, pajama pants etc.
Dress appropriately – room maybe cold
Eligibility Requirements
Do NOT register if:
- You have an outstanding balance (must be paid prior to registering)
- Your class is not complete
- You need to make up time
Any registrations that do not meet the requirements will be cancelled.
- Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled testing time (by 9:45AM)
- No Late Arrivals after 10:00AM
- No Walk-ins
- Registration Required
What to Bring
- Photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID)
- #2 Pencil (No mechanical pencils permitted)
- Non-programmable, battery-operated calculator
- (Calculators will not be provided)
- A small, quiet snack and beverage (nothing crunchy)
What NOT to Bring
? The following items are not allowed in the exam room:
- Cell phones or smartwatches
- Books, bags, purses, or backpacks
- Non-approved clothing or accessories (hats, scarves, etc.)
You will be asked to remove or return any non-approved items to your vehicle.
**A $35.00 Exam Fee will be charged if you fail to cancel, late arrival and/or do not show up for the Friday exam for any reason.

Schedule Your Pre-License School Exam
Pre-license students must achieve a passing score on the Class Final Exam in order to be certified as having completed the course. Upon completion of all 75-hours and passing your Class Final Exam, the School will convey the student record of completion online to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). Students will be able to schedule a State examination generally within 72-Business Hours after the online certification by going to PSI Testing to schedule your State Exam - Schedule.PSIExam.com
The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) allows one (1) Retake Exam for any student who does not pass the First Class Final Exam. Any student who does not pass the Class Final Exam after two attempts and wishes to still become an agent is required to repeat the full 75-hour Salesperson's Pre-license course at an additional cost.

*Class Final Exams are proctored one Friday per month at Metro Brokers Academy of Real Estate, 5775-D Glenridge Drive, N.E., Atlanta GA 30328.
Note: Students in classroom course are required to take the Class Final Exam on date assigned to their respective class.
