Join us for the 20th Annual ReShaping Rochester Speaker Series for a conversation on Real Estate Development & You.
As communities across the country grapple with housing shortages, redevelopment pressures, and rising construction costs, understanding how development actually works has never been more important. This session will explore the realities of real estate development, the role of small-scale and incremental development, and how thoughtful design and investment can help communities grow more sustainably.
Our speakers will share perspectives from development, finance, and planning, followed by a panel discussion on how communities can support more resilient and locally responsive development.
Social Hour from 5:30–6:30pm / Panel Discussion 6:30–8pm
