of durven we juist gas terug te nemen, te verzachten?
Ruimte te maken voor het mysterie door te focussen en controle los te laten.
Tijdens deze REAL-EASE onderzoeken we wat het met ons doet als we in elke situatie contact houden
met de flow of life en het mysterie waar we onderdeel van zijn.
We bewegen wat we voelen en voelen wat er beweegt zonder oordeel.
Om ieder moment te kiezen voor de essentie, de flow of life.

Deelnemingsvoorwaarden:
Minimum 15 uren waves level ervaren hebben of een waves level weekend workshop gevolgd hebben.
Deze workshop telt voor 2 dagen Heartbeat voor de 5Ritmes opleiding.
Deze workshop wordt begeleid in het Nederlands en in het Engels.

Can we create space for the unknown by letting go of control and focus instead.
In this REAL-EASE, we explore how maintaining a connection with the flow of life and the mystery we are part of effects us.
We express what we feel and perceive what moves within us without judgement.
Our aim is to choose essence and the flow of life in every moment.

Prerequisites
Minimum 15 hours of Waves level classes and one Waves Level Weekend Workshop.
This workshop counts as 2 Heartbeat days towards 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
This workshop will be taught in Dutch and English.
