Students will participate in hands-on training and caregiving demonstrations including:

• Proper Handwashing & PPE
• Bed Making (Occupied & Unoccupied)
• Transfers & Gait Belt Use
• Bathing & Hygiene Assistance
• Feeding Assistance Techniques
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Emergency Scenarios & Safety Drills

Total: 8 Hours – In Person

Students must successfully demonstrate competency in:

• Hand hygiene
• Proper PPE use
• Bed making
• Safe transfers
• Feeding assistance
• Vital signs
• Resident interaction
• Documentation practices

Testing Includes

• Written Final Exam (100 Questions)
• Skills Demonstration Evaluation
• Final Review and Certification

Students must successfully pass the written exam and demonstrate required skills to complete the program.

$400 per student

⚠️ Payment must be completed by Monday at 11:59 PM prior to the class week.

Example:
If class begins Thursday, payment must be completed the Monday before that class week.

Once the deadline passes:

• Registration closes
• Students are moved to the next available class session
