This free workshop is about one question: Who told you that?
In just 30 minutes together we're going to look at where your sense of self actually came from, who you were made to be before anyone had an opinion about it, and what it looks like to start living from that truth instead of from someone else's story.
You'll leave with a simple practice you can use immediately — and a new question that will do more work in your life than you expect.
This workshop is faith-based and grounded in scripture.
What we'll cover:
- Where assigned identities come from and why they stick
- What it means to be made in the image of God — practically, not just theologically
- How to begin renewing your mind at the thought level
- A guided reflection exercise you can take home
