Interwoven with stories from the textiles heroes whom he closely works with and practical tips of how to don Balinese textiles, discover how craftsmenship carries meaning, identity and sustainability in the modern global world.

About the speaker

I Putu Wiraguna is a Balinese social entrepreneur and international speaker from West Bali, working in regenerative tourism, community development and youth empowerment. He founded Five Pillar Initiative (2015), Five Pillar Experiences (2019), and Five Pillar Edutravel (2025), building platforms that connect culture, sustainability and education. He is a member of the Global Shapers Community (WEF), an Obama Leaders Fellow, and a YSEALI member.
