BLUE WHITE RED AND MAD! Inspired by Jean Giraudoux's The Madwoman of Chaillot

A clutch of politicians and corporate investors meet in Paris where they've discovered oil beneath the cobbled streets. They intend to drill for it and will stop at nothing, including acts of terrorism. Who's to stop them? Only the local madwoman can unite the whimsical characters of her neighborhood in action. They lock up the enemies of beauty and justice in a cellar of wishful thinking. And they sing to an accordion as they do it!
