Readers’ Nook presents…The All-New Readers' Nook Canadian Book Debate. Four Canadian Authors. Four Canadian Novels. All encompassing the Spirit and Creativity of Canadian Literature – but only one title can win!
Meet our moderator, Cynthia Reyes:
In addition to being an independent writer of literary nonfiction and children's books, Cynthia is a former journalist, trainer and executive producer with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. She has won national and international awards for her work, including the Children’s Broadcast Institute Award, the Trailblazer Award and the Crystal Award for Outstanding Achievement in Film and Television.
Meet our Canadian Literature Champions and discover the books they are defending:

2. Farah Herron (writer of contemporary romances and romantic comedies full of huge South Asian families, & delectable foods), championing Sunshine and Spice by Aurora Palit

4. Terry Fallis (author of 11 contemporary humour novels, public speaker, blogger), championing I Hope This Finds You Well by Natalie Sue
The audience votes to decide which novel best fits our theme of spirit and creativity of Canadian Literature. Light Refreshments will be served, catered by From Scratch Farm.
