Hey kids, do you like dogs? Do you like to read? Join us at the Morgantown Public Library for our monthly Read To Rover programs where you can combine your two loves and read to a trained therapy dog. Children between the ages of five and twelve are invited and encouraged to register to participate in this fun and free program.
