Howdy partners! The library in conjunction with the United Way Family Resource Network and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Monongalia County are proud to present Boots, Books, and Big Dreams. This event is an Imagination Library sign up event which will take place at all Morgantown Public Library System locations during open hours. Each month, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library mails a high quality, age appropriate book to all registered children, addressed to them, at no cost to the child’s family. Every child ages 0-5 are eligible to sign up for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library! Any child who signs up at the library during the Boots, Books, and Big Dreams program will receive prizes!
