Re: You By the time we’ve reached adulthood (or even middle age) we’ve learned so much about ourselves from outside sources. We see ourselves with the lenses of big things our family of origin, our society, religion, or even things that shouldn’t have been allowed true staying power - like the opinion of your first grade teacher.
This program is an in person exploration of YOU. We present an opportunity to peel back the layers and parse out the truth of who YOU are and who you desire to be. It’s an invitation to re-evaluate, re-conisder, re-engage, re-invent and so much more.
We will meet monthly in person for meditative, somatic, and energetic experiences carefully crafted & curated with the intention of you meeting yourself again and again in new ways. In addition, for those committed to the six month program, there will be a supportive virtual community you can lean on, be witnessed, and extend and receive support throughout the process. Additionally while in the program you will receive discounted access to the services of both facilitators.
Who are those facilitators?
Meet erin, Village Wiedźma. erin has been a coach, ESL teacher, regional sales manager, professor, yoga instructor, life coach, daughter/sister/wife/mother, business owner, poet, and more. She has a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in creative writing and has received Master level reiki attunement, but maintains her status as a perpetual student, with the eye of an educator, strong intuition, a well developed voice, and a talent for divination.
An admitted personal development junkie and she has spent most of her adult life reading books, working through programs, immersing herself in this and that method or healing modality. She comes to the present with a collection of knowledge, and a toolbox of techniques ready to help others apply them to their own lives including but not limited to yoga, meditation, reiki, oracle cards, nature connection, and intuitive healing.
Meet Melissa! Melissa founded Moon Guidance Embodiment and White Raven Co-Working Studios.
She specializes in creating sacred containers for healing and transformation. Drawing on her training as a Trauma-informed Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Coach, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Crystal Healer, Sound Healer and Spiritual Ministry as an ordained Pagan Minister, she offers compassionate support for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Her mission is to empower others to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits, facilitating self-discovery and inner healing. She integrates trauma-informed principles into all aspects of her work, ensuring each person feels seen, heard, and supported.
