About this Event
This group program meets for four Sundays in September (September 8-29) from 6-8pm.
In this group program, Alissa uses an integrative approach to support you in reprogramming your nervous system and releasing stored stress and tension from your body.
If you're someone who feels like your mind is always 'on,' your to do list is never ending, you've been stuck in survival mode, and you feel like your nervous system is burnt out-- then this program is for you.
Alissa is a trauma-informed somatic coach and utilizes a combination of instruction, guided self-exploration, group discussion, and somatic yoga/movement/breathwork to help you support your unique nervous system in healing from a state of chronic stress.

Please set aside a brief, 45 minutes per week to learn about your nervous system before our Sunday groups.
