Our Women’s Re-Turning Day Retreat is a full day devoted to slowing down and coming back to your body.Together we’ll move through nourishing yin yoga, gentle somatic practices, guided reflection, meditation and deep rest. There will be space to breathe, to soften, to be with what’s true — without pressure, performance or expectation. A day to step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, embodied way.
You’ll also receive nurturing touch, warm connection, and time simply to be.
