Your Facillitators - Meghann Volz & Sarah Zupek

Meghann, E-RYT 500, was born and raised in Colorado. During life’s most challenging moments, yoga became her anchor, teaching grace and compassion. Beyond enhancing her physical well-being, yoga provided tools to nurture her spiritual, emotional, and mental health, guiding her healing journey. Ever a student, Meghann is passionate about sharing the transformative gifts of yoga both on and off the mat.

Her practice exudes vibrant, grounding energy. Rooted in authenticity, her warm-hearted style blends playfulness and kindness, fostering physical and spiritual growth. Meghann weaves mudras and dharma into her classes, creating a heartfelt space of interconnection.

Meghann’s mission is to cultivate a welcoming space where everyone feels free to express themselves. She encourages students to release expectations, build strength, and explore their minds, bodies, and souls through movement, breath, and music to connect with their most authentic selves.

Sarah is a facilitator, energy worker, co-creator of the SolShine Collective, and an Astrology Coach dedicated to empowering others to live authentically, embrace their passions, and reconnect with their inner child. She helps clients uncover their unique gifts, move past self-limiting beliefs, and create actionable plans for a joyful and fulfilling life. Specializing in supporting empaths and lightworkers, Sarah guides them toward greater self-confidence and purpose.

As a Usui Reiki Master, Sarah integrates energy healing into her work, helping clients refine their energy, overcome challenges, and restore balance. This complements her astrology and coaching, allowing her to guide individuals toward alignment in mind, body, and spirit while supporting deep healing and personal growth.
