Restorative yoga is a deeply calming practice that uses props to fully support the body in long-held, gentle postures. By allowing gravity to do the work, the nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state, reducing stress and promoting deep healing.
What to Expect:
🔸 Prop-Supported Poses – Held for several minutes to encourage total relaxation and nervous system regulation.
🔸 Breath Awareness – Gentle guidance into mindful breathing to release tension and encourage deeper rest.
🔸 Sound Healing – A soothing blend of gong and crystal bowls played continuously to create a tranquil soundscape that promotes cellular healing, mental clarity, and energetic reset.
