- Burgers from 12-20:00 Thursday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, but we also tak reservations online, take-away included.
About Burger Vinduet
Gustav & Simon started their burger journey from their apartment window during lockdown. This is where they first served their now signature burger: 30'eren.
Using dry-aged meat, the burger obtains its distinct flavor from the 25-30 day hanging of the Danish beef from biodynamic farming. Additionally, Gustav will be making a vegetarian burger and an onion burger.
15-20/11: CARSTEN KYSTER/THAI FOOD POP UP
- Inspired by the traditions of the Thai cuisine, Carsten Kyster will be preparing a 5 course menu (385 DKK). Reservations are online (2 hour seatings) for lunch (12-15) and dinner (17-22).
About Carsten Kyster
Wielding his knife in Sydney, London and Copenhagen; Carsten has worked as a professional chef with Peter Gordon and Jamie Oliver.
An author of several cookbooks, he was a recipient of the Danish Gastronomic Academy’s Honorary Award for the book “The Hunt for the Good Taste.”
Carsten is also a consultant and concept developer for restaurants, hotels and resorts including Restaurant The House by Ginger, Thailand and Soneva Fushi Shades of Green in The Maldives.
