Join us in the Raynforest for a primal play community romance dance & cuddle experience this Valentines Day -
Come dressed as the magical Raynforest creature you are, or create & discover your animal self at the event (everyone bring costumes & props to share!)
At 4:30pm we will enter the Raynforest, where fearsome creatures dwell. Take time to explore areas of this cozy, fervent forest including cuddle den, dance/prowl/tumble space, dress up/transformation space, snack cave & a rough play nest for those creatures who might like to bite...
At 5pm the Raynforest creatures will come together to share names & set intentions, establish norms & expectations, & create & agree upon clear non-verbal language we will share for the evening. Once safety has been set, Sarah will lead us in a somatic animal body awakening activation, to help liberate your most primal expressions of being and give yourself ultimate permission to embody & dance with your most wild self. Then the lights will come down as the forest animals fall into a brief slumber, hypnotized by a sound spell, a dream of dance, of expression, of sensuality, of ferocity, of tenderness...
We wake into the dream, 90-minutes of ecstatic dancing growling howling wrestling nestling wild child glory. Both quiet & social(verbal) spaces will be available throughout the experience.
The dream winds down with another sound spell, as the faeries of the jungle call all creatures back down to the mossy earth, to calm, to rest, to dream again...
We hope you will join us in the Raynforest....
This will be a non-sexual, sensually-empowered space where we invite you enjoy yourself and your animal body in all its expressions of dancing and play. Consent is queen, and both Rayn(e)s will be available to support our community & uphold the container of safety in our animal queendom.
All are welcome, no experience necessary. Our space is ADA accessible and inclusive.

ABOUT SARAH (she/her): Sarah Rayne is a queer witch, a healing artist, and a holder of sacred space. She alchemizes group magic & expands awareness through her ceremony + workshop offerings, and supports clients on their healing journeys through nourishing 1:1 sessions that include tarot readings, reiki energy healing, intuitive guidance, and/or sound healing. She is the founder and magician-in-chief of Firebird Healing Arts, and shares her magic locally in Portland, OR, as well as online, with the whole world.
