Why Sun Salutations and 108?
One yoga tradition is to honor the sun with 108 Sun Salutations bringing a fun challenge of harmonizing your breath with each movement and to surrender to present. 108 represents a mystical number signifying spiritual completion and is connected with life energy points in the body. Wake them up and celebrate the spring coming into bloom.
