Based in New York City, Ravi has established a reputation for his unique approach, blending elements of rock and Brazilian music into his work. His style is noted for its melodic focus, bringing a fresh perspective to jazz standards as well as his own original compositions.
Campbell has performed with a range of renowned musicians both locally in New York City and internationally. He has played numerous international jazz festivals, as well as jazz clubs in New York City and all over the world. His performances showcase his ability to draw from various musical influences, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for his audience.
Hailing from Los Angeles originally, Campbell grew up studying under the great Steve Cotter and Peter Bernstein. Since moving to New York, he has performed at a number of renowned clubs, including historic Birdland, the Django, and Symphony Space, to name a few. He has performed with Matt Wilson, Frank Vignola, Jimmy Bruno, Grant Stewart, Bruce Harris, Joe Magnarelli, Armen Donelian, Debbie Gravitte, Liisi Lafontaine, Jay Armstrong Johnson, Solea Pfeiffer, Sam Gravitte, and many others.
