Raven Defensive Arts is for you. Saturday 3rd January from 8.30am- 13:30pm we host our open sessions.
Come and visit us, see our facilities, speak with students and instructors and find out if R.D.A is for you.
we run 3 different sessions on a Wednesday, from Ninjalings for children aged 4-7 just getting started in Karate, learning skills like control, balence and discipline through fun and play whilst still training for belts if they want to!
at 6pm we run mixed Karate and fitness for all ages from beginner to purple belt. A lot of fun, a lot of fitness, a good all round class where parents can train with their children and everyone can blow off steam and learn together.
At 7.20 we have Ladies Night, adult womens only sessions for fitness, kickboxing, self defense and general empowerment, support and friendship. We do a bit of all sorts depending on the wants of the group on that day. A real empowering supportive environment.
There really is something for everyone!
