In January 2025, Our Dear friend Heather Scowby passed away from an aggressive form of cancer. She was only in her 30s and her loss at such a tender age shocked everyone who knew her. She was widely known to many in the trance music community and loved nothing better than raving to her favourite artist, Bryan Kearney. Along with Neil Woodley, another popular member of the community who was taken from us prematurely in January 2024, a few trance DJs pulled together to hold a rave in memory of Heather and Neil, with all profits being donated to the hospice that looked after Heather in her final weeks, and Macmillan cancer support.
Sadly, many in the community have lost friends or loved ones to cancer, whoever you are remembering, this event is designed as an opportunity to dance the day away to some great Trance DJ’s and rave to remember them. We know it is exactly how Heather and Neil would want to be remembered.
If you're in town for A State of Trance London, why not join us for a rave the day before. See some friends, enjoy some great trance tunes and warm-up for dancing away at ASOT London on Sunday. All profits go to the named charities, so you’ll be raving for a great cause.
For this special one-off event, we are delighted to announce our headliner Darren Porter, supported by some well-known local DJ's that loved Heather and Neil.
