Join the Rave River Family 4th Of July weekend for a 2-day camping experience with 2 stages, silent disco, vendors, live painters, Harm reduction booth, activities, yoga, comedy & so much more! Rave River is a beautiful community and We want to keep it safe so, we have decided to add k9 explosive & firearm detecting dogs to the check in process & a medical team on site during peak hours, and as always, this is a security enforced 18+ event. We are an incredibly small team supported by a big group of friends who want to make our dream a reality. With local support from PNW talent & mixed genres We hope to showcase talent Of all levels & different vibes!

1 ticket for Sunday Sundae Social. A free ice cream party before we say goodbye to our friends!
VIP tickets are meant for those who like to have a little extra fun & meet others who want to do similar activities! We are more than just music. We want to create experiences and memories.
We will still have a few free activities for GA ticket holders at a first come first serve basis.
The event will start at 4 PM on Friday, July 3rd and Main speakers will go until 10 PM. At 10:30pm we will switch to a 2 channel Silent Disco on main statge and 1 channel for the side stage. Music will run until 4:30 in the morning. This is a fun way to respect the neighborhood and stay within noise ordinance restrictions.
All ticket types include camping. We are incredibly limited on car camping passes. If you purchase a car pass you must be staying from Friday-Sunday. NO REENTRY WITH CAR PASSES. No Car arrivals on Saturday or sunday. Because parking spaces are so limited we are reserving passes for those interested in being there the whole weekend. We will be checking Cars with K9s to find any explosives or firearms. This is our choice & we are committed to protecting our commmunity. This venue is a home and the owner is kind enough to let us in his space. NO WEAPONS ALLOWED! If we find any or a K9 alerts for weapons you will be turned away without a refund And not welcomed back. Because we are working hard to create a safe event that is prepared for any situation, Prices will be higher than last year and cost of car passes will go towards K9s.
Car searches will be Between (2pm for VIP Early Access) 4pm-9pm. Doors will be closed for ALL car parking at 9pm with an hour grace period. If you are arriving in a car, you will be driving up a elevated dirt road with bumps. Last year we repaired the driveway to help our guests with a smoother drive, but please do not bring a vehicle your are unsure will do good on a bumpy driveway. Do not bring campers or RVs.
We Will be offering a shuttle service again with schedule to be announced closer to the event. We are a family run team & we are learning as we go! we appreciate your patience and if you took the shuttle last year, we have made some change to make it smoother this year! Stay tuned for more shuttle information soon! The address of pick up and drop off location & time Frames will be available soon!
Throughout the day on Friday & Saturday we will have vendors, live painters, activities, games, and giveaways. When the sun sets we will dance under the lasers With Good vibes and even better music. This year we will be having Three channel Silent Disco. Two channel-BASS VS HOUSE off the wing of the airplane. The second stage will be off to the side for those who need to decompress, wind down or cool off. We will have a Kandi making table, arts and craft station and chill tunes playing
This will also be the Home for Care Team Members. If you feel uncomfortable or having a hard time, find a Care team Member. We're genuinely here for you. It's a family if you want it to be and we Want to make you feel like you have A friend!
Food will be available on site. ( we're getting vendors this year & they will be announced day of) if you're wanting to bring your own food or grill, please do not create a fire anywhere. Do not place grills directly on the ground, please place them on a table or bed of truck etc. PACK IN & PACK OUT!
Please do not leave camping gear, chairs, coolers and big items there. We are such a small team and clean it all up at the end of the event. Help us out!
Saturday Morning (Campers Only) we will start the day off right with some yoga and will follow up the day with a comedy set From local comedians. Music will Start again at 2pm. Main Doors open for attendees arriving via shuttle, uber, or drop off at 4pm. No new entry after 10pm. No reentry at all & doors will close for all attendees Saturday 4th of July at 10pm.
Sunday morning wellness & good bye celebration to say thank you! VIPs will have access to the Sunday Sundae Social! (1Free ice cream ticket)

We are very happy to be back and want to continue to have the opportunity to throw an event at this venue, please treat this home & space with respect. No Glass, please don't bring anything that is hard to pick up if it breaks. This is a woodsy area with lots of trees surrounding the plane. No Whippets & No Balloons. please help us prevent a fire by not smoking in dry areas or having water near by. NO FIRES.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event. I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns. This waiver shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.
