JJ Belcher of Sublime K9 will be at Ouray Working Dog Club on June 20th for Rattlesnake Avoidance training. Training is done with live Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes that have had their venom glands surgically removed by a licensed exotic animal vet. JJ's training is safe, effective and humane for the snake and the dogs that we work with.
Rattlesnake avoidance dogs are trained to recognize and avoid the sight, smell and sound of a rattlesnake.
