Roll up for the first season of Midnight Shift in the early innings of 2026. It’s been a minute since we last gathered, with us sifting through the noise and fighting the algo feed to bring you gathering numero uno for the people where the music comes first.
Come 7 Feb we’re presenting a special double bill with the return of Blue Hour to Singapore. Aka Luke Standing, Blue Hour is a DJ, producer and owner of Blue Hour Music and its sub labels Eachnewhour, Phorum Records and positivesource. It’s where his repertoire stands out with a multifaceted, evolving approach pushing an artistic edge combining uncut unreleased material with blueprint techno foundations.
For her SG debut is Tasha, chief operator of her Neighbourhood imprint, resident at UK’s Open Ground club and presenter at Rinse FM on the lineups from freero to FOLD and Berghain. Moving fluidly between garage, dnb, dubstep, jungle, and techno and more curveballs, her shapeshifting sets magnetize corners of the music spectrum in one energising unbreakable flow. Pure cinema.
Then there’s our home team. Aya, a cornerstone of the scene we hold dear, elevating rooms with her technical and selection game on point matched by raw energy. Plus riddims don Helios XL aka Nez Senja from Revision Music representing everything else you haven’t heard yet. Forward edges, perfectly seasoned deep digs - see you on the dancefloor shift.
Over at the b-side, the Hall gets a Hura Hara takeover. The new musical child of North East Social Club’s Tashashan brings in special guests Burna (AU) and Hally (UK) for a riot of rhythm rollers, underscored by stank face basslines and those rumbly dubby low-end frequencies that you know the RASA sound system is just built for.
