About this Event
What happens when we study rare medical disorders? Rare conditions, by their very nature, are not common, leading to people with these afflictions often feeling overlooked. At the same time, researchers are gaining insight and developing new treatments that are raising hopes for those afflicted with some rare disorders. We’ll take a look at the interesting, and often thorny, issues that surround treatment and research of rare disorders with our panel of experts in the field.
