It is with so much love and gratitude that I announce our Forest Ceremony - Rapeh Medicine!

Honoring the spirits of the forest, the guardians of this medicine, and our ancestors, I will be opening our healing gathering with the sacred Rapeh medicine, brought from the Brazilian Amazon Forest.

Rapeh is a deep grounding forest medicine that guides you on a inner journey of reconnection with our Mother Earth.

Guidelines:

Around 2-3 days before our Rapé Ceremony:

-avoid consuming alcohol, drugs and having sex, if possible.

-If possible, also avoid eating meat (all types of it).

-On the day of our Ceremony, avoid eating too much (if possible, since this ceremony is going to be early, you may fast).

-Fasting is also for your mind. Connect with what you are looking for with these medicines, talk to the forest and ask respectfully so that you can receive.

-Bring with you a bottle of water and tissues (or a roll of toilet paper) for your personal use. Bring some plastic bags, as well, for personal use. I always have some as well, but just in case.
