Rapsody

After signing with music producer 9th Wonder's music label It's a Wonderful World Music Group, she released a series of mixtapes and collaborated with Erykah Badu and Talib Kweli. Soon afterwards Rapsody released her debut album (2012). She would attain further prominence when she was featured on Kendrick Lamar's 2015 album , on the track "Complexion (A Zulu Love)".

Her second album, (2017), received critical acclaim and was nominated at the Grammy Awards for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song.[4] Rapsody released her third studio album, on August 23, 2019, to critical acclaim from music critics.[5] In 2020, she was featured alongside Cordae, Chika, and Busta Rhymes, on the Stevie Wonder song "Can't Put It in the Hands of Fate".

NIKO BRIM

Niko Brim is a student of hip-hop. He’s from Mount Vernon, New York, a small town on the outskirts of New York City. Here, he grew up completely engulfed in hip-hop culture but it wasn’t until he heard Nas’ seminal debut album, Illmatic, that he would pivot into being a student of the game. Starting at age 14, Niko would spend his lunch periods battle rapping and freestyling. He went on to develop a reputation for his unique rhyming style and decided to take things to the next level. Niko invested in the equipment for his first home recording studio and the rest is history. From there, his persistence and hard work gave him the strategy he needed to win.

In 2017, Niko released first project, A Thousand Pictures: Book One. Its successor, A Thousand Pictures: Book Two, would follow one year later in 2018. By then, Niko had become a familiar face in the hip-hop community in New York. He performed at Hot97 showcases, malls, and everything in between before getting his first big break. Niko’s hard work landed him an opportunity to rap on Sway in the Morning, which sparked a wave of momentum for him as an emerging artist.

That same year, Niko ran into Rapsody at one of her shows and rhymed for her on the spot. She was impressed and they connected. Then, he got flown out to Jamla Records where he would earn a guest spot on the label’s compilation album, 9th Wonder Presents: Jamla Is the Squad II, appearing on the record “Goodfellas.” Still, as an independent artist at the time, much of Niko’s success was inextricably tied to his go-getter mentality.

In 2021, Niko added an exclamation point to his highlight reel with the groundbreaking B4THETHRONE EP, which includes guest appearances from Rapsody, Domani, Reuben Vincent, and more. 2022 proved to be just as impactful as Niko hit the road with Grammy nominee Cordae for his ‘From A Bird’s Eye View’ Tour alongside Kai Ca$h and Coast Contra.

Just last year, in 2023, Niko partnered with EVEN to release his project, Hues Vol. 1, and successfully drew in 1 million album equivalent streams in one month’s time by selling his music directly to fans. Now, with his career coming full circle, Niko is signed to Rapsody’s label venture We Eachother, standing bold alongside the same Grammy-nominated emcee that took him under her wing.

LARA’ (formerly Eimaral Sol) is a Texas-based songstress whose voice and soulful lyrics have captivated audiences around the world. With influences ranging from Erykah Badu and Lauryn Hill to Amy WInehouse and Ella Fitzgerald, she cultivates a sound that pushes the boundaries of R&B and Soul. LARA’ is known for her frequent appearances across the BLK ODYSSY albums BLK VINTAGE: THE REPRISE and DIAMONDS & FREAKS where she showcased her ability to bring depth and emotion to every track she sings on. Her performance on the album has garnered critical acclaim, with many praising her as a standout vocalist. In addition to her work on the albums, LARA’ has been busy touring nationally and throughout Europe as direct support for (and along with) BLK ODYSSY on the sold-out “Diamonds & Freaks Tour”.
