Take a mindful pause in your week with a 30-minute sound bath every Tuesday at 6pm. This shorter-format session is designed as a quick, effective nervous system reset—like a mental defrag to clear stress and support clarity. Using soothing tones that help ease the brain into a theta state, you'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged. No need to bring anything—yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are all provided—but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Free street parking is available for up to 3 hours, but please do not park in the lot. Bring water to stay hydrated. Come as you are and give your mind a midweek breather.
