Rapid Dignitary Protection (RDP) — Beirut, Lebanon
20-23 May 2026
Fast. Realistic. Mission-focused.
The Rapid Dignitary Protection (RDP) Course in Beirut is an elite, four-day operational program for close protection professionals, government bodyguards, law-enforcement tactical units, military operatives, and private security contractors who must protect VIPs in politically charged, high-threat environments.
This is not a lecture series — it’s an immersive, field-driven training built around live-fire, force-on-force and worst-case scenarios. Beirut’s complex urban environment provides an unmatched real-world backdrop for practising rapid escalation response, protective movement and extraction under stress.
What you’ll gain
➡️Immediate operational readiness for unstable or threat-heavy settings
➡️Faster, more effective reflexes for direct and indirect attacks (ambushes, armed assaults, IED/secondary threats, knife attacks)
➡️Advanced protective mobility — fast evacuations, convoy tactics, route selection and urban egress planning
➡️High-intensity force-on-force training that tests decision-making, communications and use-of-force under pressure
➡️Practical survival skills: hand-to-hand, knife disarms, close-quarters shooting, casualty management and rapid extraction
Core modules
➡️Threat assessment & protective planning for dignitaries
➡️Rapid reaction drills & escalation management
➡️Force-on-force scenarios with realistic role-players and stress inoculation
➡️Convoy protection, vehicle drills and emergency evacuation routes
➡️CQB fundamentals for VIP protection and close proximity defence
➡️Knife/edged-weapon defence and disarm techniques
➡️Tactical casualty care and casualty evacuation (prolonged field care basics)
➡️Reconnaissance, covert surveillance awareness & counter-surveillance
Why Beirut?
Beirut’s layered urban complexity and recent operational history make it a uniquely demanding environment for dignitary protection — ideal for practitioners who want scenario realism that translates directly to high-threat operational deployments.
