About this Event

Sexual violence and its aftermath are intense and overwhelming and impact many of our clients. This training describes: the stages of Rape Trauma Syndrome; how to provide appropriate crisis intervention to survivors of sexual violence; and discussion of therapeutic issues involved in working with survivors (e.g. flashbacks, dissociation).
