Speaker Bio:
Barb Smith is a long time resident of northern Michigan. She is retired from a career in nursing that specialized in ER, Trauma and Quality Improvement. As a volunteer and authorized speaker with RankMIVote, she is available to offer educational presentations on Ranked Choice Voting.
