Please join us for **Randy’s Celebration of Life**, which will be held on April 11th at 11am at picnic area “A” in Doheny State Beach.
Please bring folding chairs in case of overflow seating. The venue has seating for approximately 200 with overflow capacity for 300+.
***VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE SIGN UP SO WE CAN GET A HEADCOUNT***

(bring a dish and drink to share (alcohol prohibited at the picnic site but available at the Doho Cafe located at the state beach).
*Parking: *across from the venue up the hill toward the Marriott, at the Surfing Parking Lot, Dana Point Harbor Parking Structure (first 4 hours free), and closest lot is Doheny State Beach parking lot - north lot is closest to the picnic site.

FUND RAISING for Memorial Bench to Honor Randy!
A SPECIAL REQUEST
To honor Randy’s memory and the joy he brought to our lives, we want to dedicate a bench at Niguel Botanical Gardens. This bench will serve as a symbol of our love and gratitude, and it will be a place where anyone can pause, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of the gardens for years to come. The bench will feature a plaque from the Sunrise to Sunset Hikers, with a quote that captures everything Randy stood for: kindness, friendship, and the power of community. We are reaching out to hikers, friends, and family to help us make this tribute possible. Your donation—no matter the amount— will help us create a lasting legacy in a place that meant so much to him. Thank you for your generosity and for helping us celebrate Randy’s life in such a meaningful way.
