We’ll open with a Future Self Sound Visualization—a guided sound bath + visualization experience to help you go inward, calm the nervous system, and visualize your most confident, bold self taking action towards your biggest goal in life.

From there, we'll talk about recovery + contrast therapy.

+ yoga mat
+ anything you like to be cozy while taking your adult nap (think pillow, blanket, eye mask)
+ water bottle
+ outfit to cold plunge in (swimsuit, shorts, tank top etc.)
+ towel

Info: Shenna Jean of Make One Day Happen will be leading us through a Sound Visualization, a blend of breathwork, sound bath, guided visualization and NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) to help us regulate our nervous system and kick off the weekend grounded. We'll time travel on a neon cloud to visit your Future Self to find clarity, confidence, and a few answers from within. Research shows that 60 mins in this state is similar to 4-5 hrs of rest in the body.

Info: Adapt Tulsa is bringing out their community cold plunge for an extra dose of recovery and connection. Cold plunge benefits include reduced inflammation, improved mood, emotional regulation, better circulation, boosted metabolism, & enhanced mental resilience to stress. If you are participating (not required) please bring a towel, a cold plunge outfit (shorts/tank, swimsuit, etc.) and change of clothes. El Molina will have brunch available & New Story will of course have the beverages covered so you can hang out and chill in community with us.
