Get ready to flow and groove to Neo Soul hits at my September R&B Yin Yoga Pop-Up Class on Sunday, September 22nd, from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. I am thrilled to bring you a unique yoga experience set to the songs of Erykah Badu, D'Angelo, Jill Scott, Anthony Hamilton, and more.
This is an all level friendly class that's perfect for beginners, and experienced yogis. Relax and unwind in this hour long class, set to the melodic sounds old and new R&B music. BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
