Their staff took a chance on me
With no experience in wine
and allowed me to get some experience
this was so great for me
because i had needed the wine knowledge
face to face with customers
I had to learn wine
the SHPEEL...if that makes sense
explaining grapes, fog, dirt, flavor, tannins, acidity to people
and watching them enjoy wine
im from florida
i had never seen people drink wine like this
or even have this much experience with wine
i was amazed
i learned so much
how can Clusterfunk be like this fine wine
that gets better with time
I guess Brooks Note is kind of my muse
Its such a come full circle moment
i learned so many applicable principles there
no words can describe my appreciation
