🍜 THREE BOWLS, ONE OBSESSION
During this two-day event, guests can choose from three exclusive ramen creations, each a masterpiece in its own right:
🦀 Blue Crab Ramen
A thick, velvety broth made from pork, chicken, and the refined briny depth of blue crab. Crowned with slow-cooked pork belly, sous-vide pork neck, grilled chicken thigh, and medium-thick handmade noodles. Elevated with bamboo shoots, nori, and a wedge of lemon.
🥢 Mazesoba
A brothless ramen where the noodles take center stage, offering a bold, concentrated flavour experience.
🌱 Vegan Ramen
Prepared by Zuru Zuru Ramen’s chef Nick Hofman, this plant-based option ensures everyone can join the culinary celebration.
🥟 Zuru Zuru Ramen’s beloved sides and drinks, such as Hot Honey Karaage (fried chicken), steamed Gyoza dumplings, and Edamame, will remain available as perfect companions to the star of the show.
🔥 FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
To experience Yamada’s ‘ramen madness’, simply join the queue. True to Japanese ramen tradition, Zuru Zuru Ramen does not take reservations. Lining up and waiting for that steaming bowl is all part of the authentic experience.
