About India Ramey:

India Ramey is a Nashville-based Americana and outlaw country singer-songwriter known for her gritty, emotionally precise storytelling and powerful vocals. A former domestic violence prosecutor raised in Alabama, she left a law career in 2009 to pursue music, often exploring themes of trauma, survival, and empowerment. She has released albums including Snake Handler (2017), Shallow Graves (2020), and the critically acclaimed Baptized By The Blaze (2024), which centers on her healing journey.

Known for shows that balance grit, dark humor, and high-energy honky-tonk fire, Ramey has appeared at major national events including AmericanaFest, SXSW, Twangfest (with The Vandoliers), the Outlaw Country Cruise, and the Honky Tonkin’ in Queens Riverboat Cruise.
