Presented by Soul City Arts and The Halal Food Festival, Ramadan Streets is back for its second year at a new location in Coventry Road, Birmingham. For five nights, a take-over of public space takes place for a market and cultural space. For some years, the Coventry Road area had become congested with unlicensed markets taking place on pavements and streets. Supported by various authorities, Ramadan Streets was a response in the form of an organised, well branded experience that brought people together in a safe and family-friendly environment. After our initial first year, due to popular demand, we bring it back in March 2026, making it bigger and better.
This year we have a nominal charge of £1 for entry through advanced online purchase, which ensures that we can continue to create a safe and organised system.
