Rally Family Visitation Services of UCSF Saint Francis Hospital is accepting sponsorships for our annual fundraising event. Sponsorships can be purchased by clicking the GET TICKETS button.

The sponsorship levels are as follows:

Protector/Platinum Sponsor ($2500) -- 20 hours of supervised visitation

· Special Acknowledgement from the podium at event

· Printed Signage at the event announcing Platinum Sponsorship

· Logo/name included in event invitation and other promotional materials

· Acknowledgment on post-event email to all attendees and sponsors

· Complimentary Admission for up to 10 guests

Defender/Gold Sponsor ($1000) -- 8 hours of supervised visitation

· Special Acknowledgement from the podium at event

· Logo/name included in event invitation and other promotional materials

· Acknowledgment on post-event email to all attendees and sponsors

· Complimentary Admission for up to 5 guests

Steward/Silver Sponsor ($500) -- 4 hours of supervised visitation

· Included on thank you signage at event

· Acknowledgment on invitation

· Acknowledgment on post-event email to all attendees and sponsors

· Complimentary Admission for up to 2 guests

Advocate/Bronze Sponsor ($250) -- 2 hours of supervised visitation

· Acknowledgment on invitation

· Complimentary Admission for 1 guest
