This isn’t your typical workout.

RALLY AFTER DARK is a 30-minute indoor race where every runner tracks their distance on Strava. When the clock hits zero, the runner with the furthest distance wins.

But the night doesn’t end there.

After the race we reset together with a lower body strength session + mobility work to close out the class.

You can expect bumping music, and a high-energy RALLY atmosphere.
