We are pleased to invite you to the Raj Yoga Meditation Course
This course offers practical spiritual wisdom and meditation techniques to help you experience greater clarity, stability, and inner peace in daily life.
In this course, you will learn how to:
- Manage your thoughts and emotions effectively
- Experience your true spiritual identity
- Develop inner peace and self-confidence
- Connect with the Supreme Source of love and power
- Apply meditation in everyday situations
The course includes guided Rajyoga meditation, spiritual insights, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions.
Schedule
Dates: March 3 to March 18
Total Sessions: 8 sessions
Days & Times:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Format: In-person sessions
We recommed you to join in-person but incase you are not able to join in-person at the location, you can join us on zoom.
