Dr. Alaina Puff is the founder of Flow State Coaching and Consulting, a safe harbor for highly intuitive children, adults and families. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist turned Intuitive Coach. Dr. Puff offers an alternative approach to addressing common mental health symptoms when compared to the rest of modern psychology.
