About this Event
This 90-minute seminar is for parents who want more for their children than high grades, stable jobs and traditional career paths.
This seminar will focus on how to support children so they become confident thinkers, leaders and creators who can build their own path, make smart decisions and create opportunities instead of waiting for them, reaching financial freedom and career success.
While parents reflect, learn and discuss, children aged 6–15 join a MiniBoss trial lesson where they practise thinking like creators, problem-solvers and young leaders.
What parents will gain from this seminar
- why success tomorrow is less about qualifications and more about ownership, initiative and action
- the difference between raising children to follow a system and raising children to lead and create
- the 8 dimensions of human potential that shape confidence, resilience and long-term growth
- the most important developmental window to build self-belief, identity and mindset
- the missing piece in traditional education with regards to wealth creation and self-belief
- why entrepreneurship is the best training tool for responsibility, decision-making and real confidence
- a new approach for parenting in a world that no longer rewards the predictable path
This is not a seminar about jobs, studying harder, or motivating children.
This is about raising children who can think for themselves, make things happen, and succeed even when the path isn’t clear.
