Our Healing Circles are created as safe, sacred spaces where we come together not just to talk — but to shift, release, and transform.
On this circle, we’ll begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao to ground and connect us to ourselves and one another. From there, we’ll move into guided reflection, gentle group coaching, and EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

This circle is about softening the voice of the inner critic and opening to self-acceptance. For rainbow women, who may have faced rejection or felt the pressure to conform, meeting ourselves with compassion is a profound act of healing. Together, we’ll practise turning inward with kindness, embracing our worth, and creating space to feel at home in our own skin.
This is a space for truth-telling, emotional release, and perspective-shifting. Whether you’re feeling stuck, heavy, disconnected, or simply ready for something new, this circle is an invitation to come home to yourself — in the presence of other women walking a similar path.

She’s passionate about building a strong, supportive, and empowering community of Rainbow Women in Cyprus. When she’s not guiding deep transformational work, you’ll find her in nature or playing any kind of sport — movement is her medicine.

Christina is an EFT Tapping practitioner and trauma-informed therapeutic coach supporting women to reconnect with themselves and release deep emotional blocks. She specialises in working with shame, disconnection, and trauma — with a warm, grounded approach that blends science and soul.
She’s passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe, seen, and inspired to heal in community.
