Ash Vale Station Gardeners Present:Railway 200 Walk & Miniature Train Ride
Join us for a fun-filled morning to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of the modern railway, in partnership with Frimley Lodge Miniature Railway.
Walking from Ash Vale Station along the Basingstoke Canal towards Frimley Lodge Park, followed by a Free ride on the Frimley Lodge Miniature Railway, and a Litter pick, on our way back to the station.
Highlights:
9:30 Meet our volunteers at Ash Vale Station car park, by the bike rack.
9:45 - Walk starts.
11:00 to 13:00 - Free train ride on the Frimley Lodge Miniature Railway.
Bring a packed lunch, drinks and a blanket for a picnic at the park area.
13:00 - Litter pick, on our way back to the station.
